Supplier Qualification
Generic PQQ process
We are experienced in managing the generic Pre-Qualification
Questionnaire process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations.
Full technical and financial assessment
From information provided we will provide a written assessment of the
technical resources and illustrated ability and capacity of each supplier
together with an assessment of the suppliers financial resources and
robustness.
Professional accreditations
We will require relevant accreditations or equivalent assurances in
respect of quality, security, safety, fraud prevention and the Environment
together with records demonstrating compliance
HR management, staff and training.
Our assessment will include demonstrable evidence that suppliers have the
necessary skilled resource, training programmes and retention strategy
commensurate with successful performance of the contract contemplated.
We will also seek assurance that the supplier complies with the Disabilities
Discrimination Act.
The Supplier will be required to demonstrate an understanding of TUPE and
ability to manage its obligations should a TUPE event arise.
Business continuity / disaster recovery
Each supplier will be required to evidence sound and practicable plans.
On site audit
Following short listing of suppliers we will, where required, perform an
on-site audit to assess the key facilities in greater detail and provide a
risk analysis as appropriate.
