A comprehensive written report of each audit is provided and presented to our Client. It shows each business function, activity, procedure and process audited, our detailed findings, any corrective action carried out by the Supplier audited, preventative actions that we recommended and any action plan agreed with the Supplier; any other relevant matters and our recommendations.
