Programme, Project and Change Management
Strategy and planning including interdependencies
We will lead or advise on developing strategy, resource and timeline planning and identifying interdependencies. This will include the identification and impact of key milestones. We will also develop strategy for managing the interdependencies.
Commercial and financial management
We will lead or facilitate the identification and internal agreement of the commercial structure, performance indicators, budget and financial performance of the programme together with the tools to monitor ongoing performance. If required we will manage delivery, communications and relationships end to end.
Impact analyses of change with action plan
Change requires thorough, efficient and effective planning, fully cognisant of sensitivities. Our wide experience of change in the Public and Private sectors, make GAR (UK) a good partner to help you through such a programme.
Change management; business, people & systems
Our change management, following impact analysis, will ensure full and appropriate workshops and discussions with all staff and other stakeholders so that there is a full understanding of the rationale and objectives of the programme.
