We have many years experience of procurement assignments for the public sector, (Central & Local Government), comprehensive and up to date knowledge of EU/UK Procurement Law and the various commercial best practice guidance of the Office of Government Commerce.
We have particular expertise in end to end contracting for procurement, and in the development of collaborative strategies, for, (but not limited to), ICT and Public sectors.
Specifically, we have experience in structuring, planning and managing Competitive Dialogue procurement models, as well as Restricted and Competitive Negotiation models.
