* Achieve clearly defined scope, detailed specifications for deliverables, detailed performance requirements and consideration subject to KPI’s, (including any related Service Level Agreements) and;
* To review Model Form Contracts against specific scope, deliverables and performance specifications. Provide risk analysis with suggested mitigation including drafting changes and/or provisioning or scope/delivery methodology review and;

* Include pricing models that are cost efficient including cash-flow, that are unambiguous for the lifetime of the Contract and are predicated on performance, including support & maintenance.
