We have wide experience in the commercial management of high value, complex, multi-contractor projects with prime status contractors having inter-dependencies in the ultimate deliverable. We will ensure that;
Ø Obligations are correctly allocated in accordance with Contracts
Ø Obligations are understood
Ø Appropriate project plans are drawn up and maintained showing inter-dependencies of and between all the Parties, KPI's and test/delivery milestones
Ø Monitor performance and advise on the release of payments and any performance related retention
Ø Provide management of budgets and cash flow if required
Ø Provide early warning of potential slippage including risk/consequences
Ø Provide effective communication to all stakeholders.
